Sauté onions and garlic. Season with Caribbean jerk spice and white pepper. Add sliced peppers and broccoli. Cook until slightly tender. Add shrimp, apples and sliced almonds. Cook to heat.

What is safe to sauté in? Obviously not butter, maybe olive oil?

A small amount of olive oil or PAM, but majority of foods would be better to steam or grill.
