I keep seeing hard-boiled egg suggestions, can I eat scrambled or sunny-side up? I’m not a fan of hard-boiled eggs, but I LOVE scrambled eggs for breakfast…

      @ Emilee,
Scrambled without milk or butter. You can add water and use nonstick pan with Pam.

I just read through the comments…I too get confused with foods we can have no matter how many times I read the list. Unlike most “diets” its not very clear. I have been looking up recipies and food choices posted by others which is helpful.
I can eat most of these foods but need to blacken it or add something. Is blackening season allowed and or old bay? Also I love any seafood with coconut milk & curry powder. Are these allowed during “cleanse” part? And how about black tea?

      @ K,
No coconut milk or black tea.
No blackening since there is frequently sugar in it.
      Old Bay should be fine.

Chicken chili is okay. Add some mushrooms and other veggies and small amount of beans. Be sure the canned tomatoes do not have added sugar.

My husband and I are on day 4 of the 24 day challenge. We are already running out of dinner ideas. Our sponsor tells us to stick with tuna, chicken and salmon during the cleanse. We’ve had tuna steak, salmon burger, salmon fillet and chicken. I need more dinner ideas…anything good that we can make with canned tuna?

Can I add minimal dried spices to my fish/chicken before cooking? Also, why is balsamic vinegar a no-no? (oops, I just realized it today. I am on Day 3 and used it the first two days for lunches).

The spices are great, just don’t overdo the salt. Balsamic vinegar has a lot of sugar.

      Some of our favorite lunches:
      • Grilled chicken and veggies or salad
      • Hard boiled eggs and fruit
      • Meal Replacement Bars (the easiest and fastest lunch to pack). Love them!
      • Leftovers from dinner – especially grilled salmon with veggies 🙂
      • Just Turkey and fruit

First I drank Spark, then drank fiber, then the next 8 0z of water, by the time that was finished, I was DIZZY! too much water I guess too fast. THen I could hardly get down the boiled eggs.Just not my thing. What else can I eat for breakfast. I was trying to hold out on the shakes till the next phase. What do you suggest?

      Jeremiah,
Yes, Catalyst is a separate item. You may also want to consider Thermo Plus after the cleanse:
Catalyst helps maintain muscle mass during exercise & weight management.
ThermoPlus supports the body’s ability to convert fat into energy, promotes a healthy metabolism and helps suppress appetite.
