Thank You, also as far as eating out is concerned I believe I found a great salad that goes well with the plan. It is at panera bread and it is called the Strawberry and Poppyseed Grilled chicken salad. It has grilled chicken on romaine with blueberrys, strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple and pecans. Total calories is 340 including the fat free poppyseed dressing which has a sodium of 110 grams while the chicken has 210 grams. Just making sure this was a safe choice and if so i would highly reccomend it to anyone on the plan.

      @ Joe,
When looking up the nutritional content, we offer the following suggestion. Eliminate the mandarin oranges (high in sugar) and pecans (really high in fat), and ask for more lettuce!

I am on day one of the challenge and my urine output has dramatically increased. I normally drink 1.5-2 liters of water a day which I did today as well but I am voiding a lot more than normal. Is this my body’s way of getting rid of the toxins and water weight?

      @ Kay,
Our team does not use the meal replacement shakes until after the cleanse. Catalyst is a great addition. You need to order in addition to the 24 Day Challenge.

Thank you, that was very helpful. I am new to the whole diet thing so I was curious what exactly whole eggs meant. I assume it would not be ok to scramble them? I was just looking for some variety since I am not much on Tuna and I have been consistently rotating between boneless skinless chicken and salmon.

Im on day 8 of the cleanse. Been followings the program exactly and have some good resultsso far. However, I woke up this morning to take the pre breakfast supplements and I have 3 herbal cleanse packs left. Not probiotics. Appears my box was not packed right. Should I just skip the probiotics in the morning and take the extra cleanes at night? Or skip both? Thanks for any input

I am on day 5 of the 24 day challenge and am doing everything right. I was just curious about once my cleanse is done what types of limitations I would have for meals on days 10-24. I have read the instructions but i was confused on whole eggs as well as a sub for lunch. Would that mean that a subway turkey with no cheese on wheat bread would be accpetable. I know it said must be low carb I just want to make sure I get the most out of these 24 days. Also I know you can add LEAN red meat after the cleanse so I was curious if just a burger patty no bun with mustard would be acceptable with steamed veggies.

      @ Joe,
Best to do at Subway would be to get as a salad. You could have 1 piece of wheat bread as long as you are losing okay. The turkey they use as with any deli meats is pretty high in sodium, so I wouldn’t make it a regular habit. Whole eggs are fine. If the burger is very lean, could do, but limited times.

Today is the last of the 24 day challenge for me. I really think I got a lot out of it. One trick that I would do early on was to put a Macintosh apple in the oven as I was eating dinner. I would put cinnamon on it and eat it for dessert. If that tip is within the cleanse/max phase please pass it along.

Hi, I started my cleanse and I’m on day 7, first off we were told it was ok to do the cleanse without the catalyst. I was also told the meal replacement drinks were ok to take to replace a meal, Is that ok? Are mushrooms, avocados, rice cakes, pears and almond butter ok to eat? I’ve been doing balsamic vinaigrette which i read is wrong to eat so i will stop right now! Its the lightest dressing i could find and im already dying without my ranch lol. where do they sell WF dressings at?

      @ Crystal,
You can get Walden Farms Ranch and other flavors here if you cant find in your local grocery store. Our group eliminates dairy on the cleanse – we use meal replacement shakes on Phase 2 (the 14 days after the cleanse) and beyond. Mushrooms are fine. Small amount of avocado okay. You can use rice cakes with natural peanut butter with no sugar added as a snack if you are losing okay. It can create a stall for some people. Pears are okay, but also use other fruit like berries, melon, apples.

I just started Day 1 of the challenge and have been getting mixed input. I have lots of questions and any input is appreciated! 1) Meal replacement shakes: I was told I can have during the cleanse as I have a limited amount of time in the morning for breakfast but after reading posts not such a good idea? 2) Almond milk: Is this ok to drink or use after Day 11? 3) Fiber Drink: I had such a difficult time drinking the fiber drink. (To the point I got sick) Someone had told me that they mix it with something and make it so that it is thicker and can be eaten? (Almost like oatmeal?) Would this be an option?

I mixed the fiber with about 6 ounces of hot water giving a “cream of wheat” or oatmeal texture and actually enjoy it now. Then I drink 2 large glasses of water after.

With the fiber drink make sure the water is super cold. This well help with the thickness. Also as soon as you’re done mixing/stiring the fiber drink, chug it. Don’t let it sit.

I did the 24 day challange about three months ago and then went on to do the MNSC with the thermoplus, catalyst, spark and so forth. I never lost weight but I dropped a few inches (not enough to say hooray to though). I did not do right during the challange as I later learned so I am started over from scratch. Any advice on breakfast? I am a diabetic so trying to figure how to do right on the challange with eating the correct things but breakfast is where I have challanges?
